Revenue Director - Region 1

  • Position: Regional Revenue Director - Region 1 (California, Hawaiian Islands)
  • Location: Remote. Must live in the Region. Proximity to major city preferred.

Overview:

As a Regional Sales Director at Trusted Tribe, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sales strategies and driving growth in your assigned region (see our Sales Region Map on this page). Your mission is to connect with key decision-makers, propose innovative cybersecurity solutions, and lead Trusted Tribe's expansion in these critical markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets in your region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, offering tailored cybersecurity solutions.
  • Engage in strategic prospecting to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Represent Trusted Tribe at industry events, enhancing our brand presence and networking with potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine our product offerings based on market feedback.
  • Demonstrate a consultative sales approach, creating value-based engagements for clients.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to exceed sales quotas and drive business growth.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce preferred).
  • Willingness to travel up to 30% within the region.

Work Environment:

While this role allows remote work, all of Trusted Tribe staff are expected to operate in a professional office environment even if working from home, using typical technology. The role involves prolonged periods of sitting and regular computer use. Occasional lifting of items over 50 pounds may be required.

Position Type/Hours:

This is a full-time role with typical working hours from Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
