Well, it's not how we dress. That's for sure. It's almost certainly our disruptive approach to cybersecurity that really sets us apart. We're not new to the game. We didn't just jump on the band wagon because we saw the market open. We're hackers, misfits, geeks, and nerds. But we're nerds who've been protecting people, data, and infrastructure for a very long time. Long before the field was ever called "cyber" anything. What we're not is a bunch of old school corporate suits who peaked when they were in a frat back in the 1980s and have no concept or business working in the cybersecurity world.

Unlike many in this industry, we are totally focus on bringing together a diverse team of cybersecurity experts, developers, and creatives under one virtual roof to do work that actually matters. We value in-house collaboration with team members from different disciplines working closely, no matter where they are in the world. We encourage innovation and autonomy, allowing our teams to initiate projects that enhance our cybersecurity solutions, offerings, and programs. Our culture fosters a balance between work and personal life, with flexible schedules, vacations, holidays, and a remote-first working model that respects individual needs. As the Regional Business Development Director based in Edinburgh, you will be a key player in driving Trusted Tribe’s growth and presence in Scotland. Your focus will be on identifying new business opportunities in the Capital, as well as, leading the team that focuses on growing our impact in Dundee, Glasgow, Aberdeen, Stirling, in their surrounding areas, and in the Highlands and Islands. You'll be establishing strong relationships with potential clients and partners, and contributing to our global expansion with a regional touch.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies tailored to the Scottish market.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding Trusted Tribe's client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
  • Represent Trusted Tribe at regional industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
