Our Recruiting Roadmap

Post-application, here's the drill at Trusted Tribe:

  • Privacy: We handle your stuff in house. Every single resume that makes it past the initial look see is evaluated by a real, live, exhausted human being that works full time and has a chaotic life outside this place. The fact is, we're a cybersecurity company so we don't want people private stuff stored on a server with a third party that we can't control. So, we do it ourselves and we take it seriously. 
  • Phone Interview: A quick call to align our stars. If you make it past the initial review, we'll set up a quick 30-min phone call to double check that we're both on the same page and both want to move forward in the process.
  • Video Interview: If things look promising, we'll hop onto a video call or four. Our recruiters so have the power to seal the deal on the spot, sometimes right after a skills test. But for the most part, we'll likely do some back and forth by email then we'll line up some face time. It's all about making sure you and Trusted Tribe are a perfect match. You have to be right for the Tribe, and the Tribe has to be right for you. That's critically important.
  • The Offer: If we want you, we'll tell you. But don't jump at the offer. Take your time. Sleep on it, feel the vibe, and then decide.

Throughout this journey, we'll keep it 100% real with you. Expect no sugarcoating. We're all about giving you the full, unvarnished truth. Why? Because trust is our currency, and we want to ensure we're both stepping into this with eyes wide open.
